Privacy regulations and technical tools

All data queried by the provider in the various forms are used only for official technical purposes. The data is not transferred to third parties.

Logging

The provider's webserver is supervised by Fraunhofer FOKUS.
Whenever the website or one of the objects linked to it are accessed, the following access data is saved:

  • the address (URL) of the website accessing the file.
  • the name of the accessed file
  • date and time of the access
  • the data volume transferred
  • the access status (file transferred, file not found,etc.)
  • the description of the webbrowser used, and the operating system used.
  • the IP address of the accessing computer.

The data saved is used for technical or statistical purposes only; a comparison with other data or a transfer to third parties, partially or complete, does not happen.

After an analysis of the access data, the logged data is deleted. The analysis is done both monthly and annually, deletion no later than the same month of the following year. For technical reasons (e.g. storage space restrictions), access data can be deleted ahead of time.
